Private means private.

PhillipsHQ is a single-user personal administration application. It is not a public service, family vault, password manager, banking application or data broker.

Information stored

PhillipsHQ stores structured life-administration records, supporting documents, dates, history, verification evidence and integration status supplied or approved by the authorised user.

How information is used

Information is used only to organise and retrieve personal administration records, calculate conventional recurring-cost equivalents, surface verification needs and maintain approved calendar reminders. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Google Calendar data

If Calendar integration is enabled, PhillipsHQ requests only the permissions required to read and maintain relevant events. OAuth tokens remain server-side. Revoking access disconnects the integration, and failures are surfaced in System Health.

Documents and artificial intelligence

Uploaded content is treated as untrusted data. AI may propose extracted values but cannot directly modify authoritative records, documents, permissions or Calendar events. User approval is required before application code applies a proposal.

Retention and recovery

Normal deletion archives records and preserves their history. Database and document backups are kept in an independent private destination and are periodically restored into a non-production environment to verify recovery.
